What are the future prospects of my current SAP® HCM System?
SAP AG has extended support of our traditional On-Premise ERP HCM solution to 2027. An „Extended Maintenance“ until end of 2030 will entail additional fees (2%). Clients need to change over to a new SAP HCM solution until 2027/2030 at the very latest. One solution option is „SAP HCM for S/HANA“, or „H4S4“ for short, which will be supported until 2040. A complete changeover to SAP-SuccessFactors® must be implemented no later than 2040.
How can I satisfy GDPR for my SAP® HCM System?
SAP® will support you in fulfilling GDPR requirements through the internal „ILM – Information Lifecycle Management“ tool. SAP ILM® serves to analyze, review and delete HR-related data according to the deletion time limits defined by GDPR. The standard solution permits implementing all organization-related requirements of GDPR within the HR System.
What is SAP® SuccessFactors?
SAP-SuccessFactors® is a cloud-based solution for your employees and your organization. The SAP-SuccessFactors® HCM Suite offers a high-performance Personnel Management System with easy, ready-made and integrated tools that are cloud-based and thus perfect for implementing your specific requirements. In the long term, SAP-SuccessFactors® will replace the classic SAP ERP environment.

I took an unconventional path when starting my career as SAP HCM Consultant.
Formerly, I worked as a Personnel Officer in Payroll Accounting. And before that I was Key Account Manager for various key accounts from the construction, chemistry, and health industries.
Through support by experienced SAP HCM Consultants and targeted SAP trainings, HCM SSC offered me a chance to develop and grow into an experienced Senior SAP HCM Consultant. Nowadays I support new colleagues during their orientation phase, effectively passing on my own know-how.
Within the last 6 years I experienced the enormous developments and growth of the company, and am looking forward to continuing my work here. I am so proud of being part of this great team!
