Your Tasks

You feel comfortable in conducting classic ticket processes while impressing clients favorably through your expertise
As an experienced consultant you love doing project business such as e.g. SAP rollouts, carveouts or consolidations of existing systems while assuming project and application responsibility
You act as a competent contact for our clients
You analyze and design efficient processes within payroll accounting, assuming responsibility for technical process implementation
You train our clients on your own responsibility
You love passing on your skills and knowledge to co-workers while proactively supporting them

This is what we are looking for in you

Several years‘ experience (> 2 years) in SAP HCM (Payroll Accounting module)
You are familiar with HR management processes, particularly in payroll, including the respective labor law regulations
You contribute your experience to project business operations, and have already managed projects independently
We highly welcome excellent communication skills in German and English paired with strong social skills
For you, client-aligned and managerial thinking are a matter of course
You delight in new challenges and love to collaborate in designing SAP HCM processes
Your work style is well-structured and target-orientated
