Your Tasks
- You feel comfortable in conducting classic ticket processes while impressing clients favorably through your expertise
- As an experienced consultant you love doing project business such as e.g. SAP rollouts, carveouts or consolidations of existing systems while assuming project and application responsibility
- You act as a competent contact for our clients
- You analyze and design efficient processes within payroll accounting, assuming responsibility for technical process implementation
- You train our clients on your own responsibility
- You love passing on your skills and knowledge to co-workers while proactively supporting them
This is what we are looking for in you
- Several years‘ experience (> 2 years) in SAP HCM (Payroll Accounting module)
- You are familiar with HR management processes, particularly in payroll, including the respective labor law regulations
- You contribute your experience to project business operations, and have already managed projects independently
- We highly welcome excellent communication skills in German and English paired with strong social skills
- For you, client-aligned and managerial thinking are a matter of course
- You delight in new challenges and love to collaborate in designing SAP HCM processes
- Your work style is well-structured and target-orientated
