HCM SSC Planning Calendar
The FIORI-APP „HCM SSC Planungskalender“ permits your employees to conduct central planning of various types of presence and absence times.
Your team members may view these quickly and clearly, enabling them to adjust their own planning accordingly.
Anonymization of absences or attendances is possible at any time. With respect to team-based holiday planning this provides many advantages. Besides aligning planning to employee requirements, Manager has the option to determine so-called „Team Days“. Team days block work days for certain presence and absence planning processes, ensuring the day can be planned entirely according to Manager’s needs on site. Additionally, another typical function was integrated called „Serial Appointment“ which ties in team meetings or other regularly occurring appointments. All final information will be transmitted to Outlook as an appointment. Also, annual/monthly planning may be retrieved as an MS Excel download.
HCM SSC ORG
The HCM SSC ORG provides a structured rendering of your organizations.
It offers a real-time rendering of your SAP Organization Management in the traditional Organization Chart style.
Until now, many companies needed to purchase external tools to provide an employee-friendly representation. The basis is the so-called SAP FIORI. Each organizational unit is represented as a separate tile with all its employees. Selection of all employees can be adjusted by applying respective rules. The Organization Chart can be directly modified through the „Maximizing / Minimizing“ function. In the HCM SSC ORG many other functions are enabled such as „Example-Image“.
