SOCIAL COMMITMENT 2024: HCM SSC GmbH receives award at the Lea Mittelstandspreis
HCM SSC GmbH was honored at the prestigious Lea Mittelstandspreis awards ceremony at the Haus der Wirtschaft in Stuttgart for its outstanding commitment to corporate social responsibility. The awards ceremony, which has the motto “Performance, Recognition & Commitment,” honors companies that are particularly committed to social issues.
Aysegül Kablan and Steffen Braun represented HCM SSC GmbH at the ceremony and were impressed by the diverse and moving projects of the other award winners.
HCM SSC GmbH was honored in particular for its commitment to Tierrettung Unterland e.V. This recognition spurs the company on to continue working energetically on social projects and thereby making a positive contribution to society.
“This award motivates us to further expand our commitment and find new ways in which we can do good as a company,” said Steffen Braun.

Our commitment to Tierrettung Unterland e.V.
At HCM SSC, we have a big heart for animals and therefore support Tierrettung Unterland e.V. With a donation of €6,000, we have enabled the purchase of a new animal rescue vehicle and are helping to save the lives of animals in need in the region. Tierrettung Unterland e.V. is the first qualified animal rescue service in the Heilbronn Unterland region and the surrounding districts and is on call around the clock. With six vehicles, the volunteer rescue workers are active 365 days a year in an area covering 4,500 km².
At HCM SSC, it is important to us to help even small, regional associations and provide them with the necessary financial resources. From January to December 2023, Tierrettung Unterland e.V. rescued, transported, or cared for 1,126 animals, carried out 795 missions, traveled 19,783 km, and spent 1,069 hours and 29 minutes on missions in the Heilbronn, Ludwigsburg, Böblingen, Rhein-Neckar, Hohenlohe, Rems-Murr, and Neckar-Odenwald districts.
