The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which has been applicable since May 25, 2018, and the new Federal Data Protection Act require various adjustments in the area of HCM.

SAP AG is already providing initial GDPR concepts with Support Packages 2018 and the SAP ILM solution. Close integration with the SAP authorization concept enables you to implement the GDPR in your system.
